We offer free shipping on orders over $110 AUD after discounts have been applied.

PROCESSING TIMES
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, orders take 1-3 days to be dispatched and ship within 5-10 business days. This does not include weekends or holidays. You will receive confirmation once your order has shipped, along with tracking information and other order details.
Processing and shipping times may be delayed due to holiday influx, pandemic outbreaks or natural disasters.

DELIVERY ATTEMPT FAILED
If the designated carrier cannot deliver your package due to any of the following reasons, your order will be refunded completely minus any fees or additional charges for a returned order:
- Incorrect address
- No access to mailbox
- Missing unit information
- No access to unit
We will first attempt to contact you for alternative arrangements or to verify shipping information. You are responsible for all shipping fees in cases where delivery attempts fail.
Return fees for undeliverable packages vary depending on location and carrier.
